Attorney Affiliates Program
Join a growing network of attorneys enforcing digital privacy and accessibility rights
The Opportunity
Digital privacy enforcement is one of the fastest-growing areas of law. Recent California court rulings have dramatically lowered plaintiff standing thresholds for claims under CIPA, VPPA, and ADA/Unruh — and our case pipeline is expanding faster than our current capacity.
Pro Veritas Law LLP is building a network of affiliate attorneys to handle negotiation, settlement, and litigation on fully developed cases. We provide everything upstream. You bring litigation skills and a bar license.
This is a flexible, remote-friendly affiliate arrangement — not employment. No minimum hours. No exclusivity. Work from anywhere.
What We Provide
- Case identification, evidence collection, and compliance analysis
- Court-ready evidence preserved with SHA-256 cryptographic integrity and chain-of-custody documentation
- Completed demand letter sequences with recipient engagement tracking
- Plaintiff coordination and documentation
- Strategic guidance and co-counsel support
What You Handle
- —Negotiate settlements with businesses that respond to demand letters
- —File complaints when businesses fail to respond after multiple notices
- —Manage litigation through discovery, motions, and trial as needed
Who This Is For

- —Early-career attorneys seeking litigation experience in an emerging field

- —Attorneys in any practice area with litigation experience who want to expand into digital privacy enforcement
Requirements
- Active bar license (California preferred; other jurisdictions considered for federal claims and state equivalents)
- Professional liability / malpractice insurance
- Ability to manage your own caseload and meet deadlines independently
- Experience in privacy law, consumer protection, or civil litigation is a plus but not required
Compensation
