Pro Veritas Law LLP (“the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
A. Violation Lookup Page
When you access the secure violation lookup at /lookup, we collect:
- The letter reference number and access PIN you enter (to authenticate your session)
- Your IP address and approximate geographic location (city, region, country) — derived from your IP address
- Your browser’s user agent string
- Time spent on the page and scroll depth
- The number of times you have accessed the lookup page
This information is collected to verify authorized access and to document engagement with legal correspondence for case management purposes.

If you contact us via any contact form or email, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone, message content).

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to legal proceedings or responding to your inquiry.
